The Growth Equity Immersion Program, now the largest and only initiative of its kind, is redefining who gets to enter the world of Applied AI B2B software growth equity. In just four years, applications have grown from 100 in 2022 to more than 3,200 in 2025, underscoring both the depth of talent and the urgency of expanding access. The program reflects our conviction that the future of growth equity must be more diverse, more inclusive, and more representative.
